For non-german speakers here goes....

According to the investigators the aircarft was overloaded by about 100kg and took off on the easterly runway with winds averaging about 12kts from the south. Outside recorded temperature was 31 degrees C.

Due to a report of "down-drafts" to the south of Eros, the pilot obted for the easterly runway instead.
It states that a conversation had occured between ATC and the pilot about the length of the easterly runway, and that initially ATC had said the runway was 1500m long, but corrected themselves before the aircraft took off, saying it was 1005m long.

The report says the aircrft never achieved more than 50ft of altitude and never exceeded about 72kts airspeed.

As a result of this the aircraft stalled and crashed.

The pilot had only flown in and out of Eros once before.

The pilot had flown a gradual left turn towards the North before the stall occured, and never retracted the gear.

The report finally also states that even an experienced pilot would have had difficulty in controlling the aircraft and doing a successful takeoff from runway 09 in the given conditions, even if the whole runway length available had been used.

The investigation concludes with advice to the operator Atlantic Aviation / Pleasure Flights Safari to strictly adhere to Part 135 of the Civil Aviation Regulations, and to train / familiarise especially young and inexperienced pilots with the countries different airfields.......
