Apologies if asked before or in the wrong place, however, flying back from Bucharest in the summer I noticed we had to go down the runway and then turn around at the end before taking off. Did the same when we flew to Amritsar a couple of years before.
Which is the busiest airport with no parallel taxiway, i.e planes have to go down to the end of the runway and turnaround before take-off or after landing?

Busiest airport in the UK (in terms of movements) with a backtrack appears to be LTN... assuming I'm not allowed MAN where aircraft departing from 06R would have to backtrack if it were for any reason ever used for departures (although I think they always use 06L)
