What will flying clubs pay to rent the R44

We want to offer our group R44 to flying schools to try and help defray the costs of ownership. What is the going rate for this? It is a Raven11 and 18 months old with 230 hrs.

It will obviously vary from school to school but is likely to be a lot less than you would hope. I was once offered less than half the running costs per hour!!

Consider also that it will not always be flown with TLC, especially if its available for low hours SFH pilots.

You would be better expanding the existing share group. ;)

Where are you in Lancashire, I know a few people who may be interested in a share or some SFH

Yes, helicopter based at home in Mawdesley/Parbold area of Lancs but we are quite happy to bas it at BPL, LPL, Barton.
Quite willing to sell shares.
