I saw a TUI aircraft (possibly Thomsonfly) take off from MAN yesterday afternoon and pass over West Didsbury. It looked like a widebody with winglets?? It looked much too big to be a 738. Anybody know what it was?
Thanks

Could only be a B738 as all their other aircraft do not have winglets

There are 2 757s flying for TUI fly in Scandinavia which are in TUI livery and have winglets, Perhaps it was one of them.

Don't think TUI have any wide bodies with winglets, there are enough spotter sites around that post arrivals and departures, so have a trawl through them, I'm sure you'll find out what it was.
