Anyone get any more info on this ?

Caribbean News Digital has learned that French airline Air France-KLM has bought has much as 30 percent of shares from Spanish carrier Air Europa, owned by the Globalia Group, also from Spain.
Though much of the information remains unconfirmed and sketchy, well-informed sources told Caribbean News Digital that a third of Air Europa’s stocks are now in the hands of Air France-KLM, one of the most powerful air companies in both Europe and the world.

The rumour has been constant over the last few months - they have code shared for some time in Spain and Air Europa's loyalty programme is now fully integrated into the AF/ KLM scheme - so there may be some sense in the investment
