I have an interview scheduled in October with Asiana for a 767 Capt job.
First day it shows that I have to take an Air Law Exam. Where would I find information on preparing for this exam? I am new to this expat hiring process. Leaving good ole UAL after 20 years (Sinking ship) Thanks in advance.

Hey Ualjetpilot1, just got back from Seoul to take my Air Law exam. During my screening 6 weeks ago, they couldn't schedule me in to take the exam. As far as prep materials, your contractor, either Rishworth or Parc should get them to you. Be careful as the Q&A's on the prep materials are sometimes the wrong answer. I wrote Rishworth about this and they are in the process of putting together a different manual. It's not hard, just about the same rules and regs that we have, but in meters, kilometers, mixed in with feet and nm! Anyways there's some info under Asiana Airlines on this message board, just search it. Hope this helps, let me know what else you need. By the way, I did the A320 position, but understand the 767 is a pretty good contract.

bjlurzjet,

Thank you for the information. I will ask the contractor for the copies.
I found this website AVIATIONEXAMS.COM, in it there are questions for the JAA ATPL Air Law Exam. Thanks and good luck.
