Sorry if this has come up before but any one any idea why the Chat Forum would fail to load?
I log on and get the "Please be patient as the room loads... " but in never does; just the white screen of death! It used to work but not now. Any ideas?

I had the same problem and it turned out to be a Java problem. Couldn't solve it until I downloaded IE6 - now it's fine.

Thanks guys. Still no Chat but now another problem; I can down load updates from microsoft, but when I try to install the Update install 'hangs.'I've tried all the usual tricks such as closing down all the unwanteded stuff but no joy. Me thinks these 2 probs may not be unrelated!!
