Sabena Fying Academy Hyderabad India

I remember reading in the news last year of a partnership between Sabena Flying academy and GMR to start a new flying school at the new airport in Hyderabad
As per the news clipping it scheduled to start in Jan 2009 .

Does anyone happen to know whether they are on track to start in time ?

Seeing the present state of Indian aviation and costs of fuel, I guess that the 2009 date will be pushed back by atleast 2 or more years.
