When I was in the military, we covered some training in how to guide a chopper in for sling load operations. Now many years later, I am volunteer firefighter. The reason I tell you this is now we are some times dependent on life support operations, involving life flight operations.
Is there somewhere I can get some refresher information on guiding one of these birds in?
I do remember the hand/arm signals, but don't want to be the half assed guy going out there thinking he knows (as well as others) what to do and make a fatal error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. :D

Heres a link for you, if you go down to page 58 you will see a helicopter symbol under meaning of signal, as you scroll down there are more examples and descriptions of signals with the helicopter symbol next to them, these are from the Civil Aviation Authority in the United Kingdom and im not sure if they are correct for the USA but I hope they are of some help
