How come all my threads and replies need moderator confirmation all of a sudden...

Is it just me or has this always been the case, I only returned to pprune recently...
Is a new procedure in place?

Please let me know, its strange for me that everything needs pre-approval.

Well you haven't posted anything offensive so I'm not sure. You probably shouldn't worry unless you were planning to...:E

John, your guess is correct. Ppuners with less than half a dozen posts, (probationary ppruners) have to have their first few posts "vetted" by a mod. This was implemented because of spammers and nutters. I can't remember when it was brought in, about 18 months ago I think!
