At about 1725 hrs 8 "reds" flew over ex RAF Lichfield this afternoon 1,000ft or so at a guess. This is on top of two Harrier formations just prior to RIAT along the same lines. Am I just lucky to see these three or we in line for a little more LL action over the old airfield where I am now working.:D. ?
Thanks for the "shows" so far, though a little more warning would be nice :)
Cheers Derek

Reds I believe were en route Blackpool for some festivities in the NW this weekend.

The g/f phoned me an hour ago to say that the Reds and others were giving her one heck of a display in Rhyl [N Wales] Apparently, it was a garden festival at Kimnel Castel.

Yes, Fradley it is The reason I posted was that the LL traffic mentioned did not seem to be following the usual Lichfield Corridor path and was WAY below the FL140:D. It would be nice to think there may be more to come.
Thanks for the replies,
Derek

The National Memorial Arboretum is quite close to Fradley & there have been some low level passes over this by RAF Aircraft aswell as various Warbirds (normally the BBMF).
