Qantas Cadet Program

G'day everyone. Just recently I received a letter from Qantas for an invitation into stage 2 selections for the Cadet pilot program they got going on and I just wanted to know if anyone has attended them and what was the assessments like, or in in-fact any Cadet assessments, what did you guys expect, was it full on heaps hard ? or not to bad ?

I don't think it'll be a walk in the park, probably closer to the heaps hard side of things. It depends, if you're good at those sort of things, it's easy, if not...

stage 2 assessments involve skills testing and psychometric testing

skills test will involve things such as testing your co-ordination, memory, etc

pyschometric testing involves numeric, verbal reasoning, diagrammatical and spatial tests....as well as a motivational questionnaire...

i suggest practising the psych tests through shl....good luck!
