is possible to find a job when you have hours in jet-planes?

this is only to ask you that. do you think that is possible to find a job in Airbus 320 when you have some hours, for example 100 or 300 hours? where do you think that is easy to find job, in Europe, Asia?...probably south america?...

Nowhere is easy.

100hrs or 300hrs ? Total ? Jet ?

Anything less than 500hrs on a commercial type is not good. It is better than nothing though.

It used to be 250 TT for A320 or B737 just last yr

Yes, thanks everybody for the answers, i know that, now it is impossible to work in India unless you re captain but anyway, i mean, probably you know other countries where is possible to work when you have hours on jet planes like middle east, south america...or wherever we can.
