Flight instructor-Cheap?

I am considering taking a flight instructor rating for my JAA-CPL.

Does anyone know where to do this as cheap as possible?

Its about 11.000 Euro in my country. (Norway)

I am thinking maybe one of the baltic countries?

Aerofan in Madrid will certainly do a cheap FIC, I found it good value for money. Living in Spain is quite cheap I would budget on 6 weeks not the 4 they claim.
Find your own accommodation and it will be even cheaper.
