Entry level work in the Carib?

Looking to find out what operators will accept entry level US pilots...

I have FAA CPL-multi engine and instrument.... looking for smaller outfits or operators willing to take fresh commercial licenses.

Have a valid US passport (obviously ;-)

Have family in St Croix so I could live there a while if needed for cheap...

I tried to contact winair at the human resources address listed on their website but the email was returned. I then sent an email to several other of their addresses listed but haven't heard anything.

Anyone have a contact there I can follow up on?

I'm also very interested in Winair. Do you need to convert the FAA license to an ICAO license? And is the DHC-6 flightsafety course mandatory?

Being Dutch wouldn't they require you to complete the JAR conversion??? If not I'm in lol.

Seaborne is hiring if you have Comm Multi Sea and some experience. I was offered a slot but at that time I had just accpeted a SPIFR HEMS job that pays almost 4 times more so I took the helicopter job and it's great.
