I was wondering if anyone could help me out.I am a real computing novice at the moment, but one of the most important things for me is to be able to include images as an integral part of an email rather than as an attachment.I am easily able to do this using Outlook Express and my BT mail account(pop3).This does not work however with my Hotmail account which I believe is a different type of email system.I have been told that I can do this with hotmail provided that the image exists somewhere on the internet(rather like Pprune smilies I think)so that when the recipient opens my message, the appropriate image is downloaded from the original site from where it was copied and pasted.Assuming that this works, would it cause any problems for the website where the image resides as I do not wish to cause harm to someone elses site.As I have said,I am very new to computers despite owning one for ages so any advice would be appreciated.Thank you.

El Cid - are you just considering a link to a graphic so the recipient can view/download it if they wish?

If so, right click on the graphic (wherever it is on the net - doesn't matter), select properties, and you will see the address (URL). Copy and paste the URL into the body of your message.

You can't harm a site, so don't worry. :)
