Hi Guys,

I currently hold a JAA PPL(A) and will be doing my night rating and getting my class 1 medical by the end of the year.

I will therefore be wanting to do my ATPL exams next year sometime. I have been mainly looking at Cabair which looks very promising, but my only problem is I live in Harrogate, North Yorkshire and living expenses would be crazy for 6 months in Bournemouth.

Does anybody know of any full-time ATPL exam courses closer to Yorkshire, they all seem to be in the south?

Many thanks in advance,

HR200

Believe you can do them in Glasgow and also think Coventry..

Any reason why you wish to do them full time at a school? Have you considered full time distance learning? I did mine at Bristol over 5 months. You study at home and then the week before the exams do a 2 week refresher course at BGS.. If you can work at home and are prepared to put the work in, it's a good way of doing it. It worked for me, but I know others who have said it wont for them. Honestly say it wasn't too bad working from home and saved me 3 months on a full time course. Just a thought.
