Just filled out this on-line application for the above and clicked the submit button. It generates a blank eMail, with my (standard Outlook) signature block at the bottom but nothing else.
I've sent the mail - but in my outbox there is nothing in the eMail and no attachement of any kind. Is there some invisible ink that means I won't see what I've submitted, or is, as I suspect, my application now sitting in cyberspace where no-one can hear it scream?
Previous experiences or explinations would be most welcome.
