Contract hiring agencies...questions

1) Is it normal for companies to ask that you send a copy of your Passport and license to them before you even interview? (I'm very leery on this one)
2) Who are the most reputable companies out there?

2. PARC, CCL, GAP, IAC, Rishworth, and there are certainly others. PARC seems to be the largest and has a great reputation.

Why are you leery?

If British Airways, Emirates, or Cathay Pacific asked for your Passport and Licence, would you have the same reaction?

Remember you will be working for the Contractor, not the Airline in question. They need to know if you meet the minimum requirements before they start the process.


I agree, Parc has a great reputation and has been consistent for man many years. You can't go wrong with them.
