EVA AIR gets intercepted

Coming off the NOPAC route earlier today, I heard Eva getting intercepted by Japanese defences forces!whats going on down there at Eva, have so many people left they got no one working the radio's/knowing where they are?

Cross straits flights should pick things up for EVA . Any westerners flying to China or only local guys?

Are standards slipping on the flight deck ? No news about the intercept on nakantraz.
