Browsing through the EASA FCL NPA I came accross the following statement in the IR section:
FCL.605 IR Privileges
(a) The privileges of a holder of an IR are to fly aircraft under IFR with a minimum decision height of
200 feet (60 m).
With no further references to lower DHs later on, I wonder how EASA envisage pilots will fly CAT II and III approaches?
Is anyone the wiser?
