Good morning all,

FIA'08 is only three weeks away now so thought it prudent to bring the following to your attention.

The Heliport at FIA'08 is run jointly by Farnborough International Ltd., NATS and Elite Helicopters.

Helicopter operators wishing to utilise the heliport at FIA'08 should register their intentions with Elite Helicopters, in order that details of Regulations, Briefing and other pertinent matters may be forwarded when available.

A Mandatory briefing for all pilots intending to operate into, or out from the FIA'08 Heliport will be held in the Aircraft Display Headquarters (ADHQ) at 1400 local (1300Z) hours on Tuesday 8th July 2008. All intending attendees should pass their names and transport mode of arrival to Elite Helicopters. Exceptionally a company may designate a senior pilot to attend the briefing and provide a written undertaking to brief Farnborough Heliport procedures, personally, to each of his own company pilots who fly to or from the Heliport. Those attending the briefing will be required to sign a declaration confirming understanding of the procedures and undertaking personal and / or company compliance.

Telephone briefings after this date will not be permitted.

Elite Helicopters may be contacted on :
Tel: 01243 530165
Fax: 01243 532805
Email: [email protected]

Many Thanks,

Qualityman.

I'm sure that you've all been to the Silverstone Brief today so will have been reminded about Farnborough there.

Friday 4th July is the last day to register your intent to intend the FIA 2008 briefing.

Many thanks,

See you all there!

(Busy two weeks what with BGP, Festival of Speed and then Farnborough!)
