Anyone know the definitive list of requirements (or where I can find it) to equip a U.K. registered Single Engine heli to fly at night in the U.K.?

Well SASLess, unless you're operating under JAR-OPS 3, the ANO is the only place you'll find the UK requirements for equippage of the aircraft!
