Bristol International Supporters Group Online – June Update
We would like to take this opportunity to update you on the past months events, and what is to be happening in the future for the BISON group.

Website Visitor and Member Count
Since our official launch at the Bristol Airport Enthusiasts Fair, we have had over 4000 visitors, and more than 60 members sign up to our website.
Our forums have become active in discussions ranging from the expansion of Bristol International Airport, to spotting at the airport. We hope that all of our members will sign up to the forums where the latest news and events will be published first.
BIA Aviation Enthusiasts Fair
After another successful turn out at this year’s Aviation Enthusiasts fair, the organiser Jack Thomas has announced the date of the next fair, to be held on Sunday 28th September, opening at 10am.
Entry will be £2.00. BISON will be there once again to promote and support the airport, along with the BISON virtual partner – Breathe Virtual Airways (http://www.breatheairways.com).
Competition Winners
We are pleased to announce our competition winners from the aviation fair. The 2 prizes up for grabs were a Gemini Jets Ryanair Dreamliner Model, and a 1 year subscription to aviation magazine – Airliner World. Congratulations to Daniel Seaman and Adrian Hockey who won the prizes.

BISON Pleasure Flight
We have chartered an aircraft from Air Southwest for our very own pleasure flight over the South West. So join us in the skies and show your support by booking your place on our flight today.
Tickets are £50 (that’s less than £1 a minute) for your flight in a Bombardier Dash 8 Q300. We are really excited about this at BISON, and want to see as many people as we can.

We have added a ‘Show Your Support’ feature to the main home page of BISON. To show your support just put your name in to register your vote.
Events
We are currently in the process of organising a few different additional events leading up to and after our charter flight. Some events include a tour around the Air Traffic Control Tower for a small group of our members, and also opening up the VCR (old tower) for a day, to enable fantastic apron views and an overview of the airport. More details will be released for these events once finalised.
We look forward to seeing some of you there.
