Can any one suggest where can I do cheap Multi engine time building in canada?

Dunno about out East, but here in the West you'll be looking at $280 an hour solo in a light twin as a cheap rate at most schools in Vancouver/Calgary etc. Some schools won't rent twins out to people with not many multi hours due to insurance reasons.

Maybe get a multi job? Why are you paying? Get paid man...

Must agree. Get a job and build the time for free. There must be plenty of twin jobs out there these days.

You may want to consider eaglejet.net Navajo program. It works out to be less than $100 per hour.
No, I have not tried them out yet.
