AeroExpo 2008 - Seminars Programme

Over the course of the exhibition AeroExpo will be hosting a series of daily seminars, organised by PPL/IR Europe (http://www.pplir.org), featuring aviation experts in everything from navigation to regulation.

You are guaranteed to be spoilt for choice in Wycombe this year as a range of interesting and highly relevant subjects and speakers enrich your AeroExpo experience. This year's programme has been designed to offer something for everybody!

For the engineers amongst you AeroExpo offers seminars on the B3 License and the impact of EASA Part M Rules. Or if you're looking to buy an aircraft you'll want to attend our 'Choosing the Right Touring Aircraft' session before looking round the static park. In fact attendees interested in air taxi operation, aerobatics, instrument ratings, the future of the LAA, getting the most from weather forecasts, or flying over the London area, will all find something of interest on this year's programme.

Full Seminar Programme HERE (http://www.expo.aero/london/pdfs/seminarprogramme08.pdf)

If you are planning to attend a seminar please reply to this message or drop me a message, so that we can get some idea of numbers.

Don’t forget to register on the AeroExpo website (http://www.expo.aero/london/) to obtain free entrance to the event and book your landing slot if you plan to arrive by air.

I look forward to meeting fellow forumites at AeroExpo.

There is a bar in the shape of the Launch Pad, over by the helicopter establishment; this doubles as a night club, once the airfield closes, so you can find yourself being served, in broad daylight, by eastern european ladies who more usually would only be seen after dark....

Still, It's a bar!!

I'll be there on Saturday. Got a fly-in slot for 11:25, so it'll be a strictly non-alcoholic bash for me :{

I'm normally at AeroExpo helping to promote gliding during the day and propping the bar up in the evening. Unfortunately I'm competing at the Aerobatics Comp up at Saltby that weekend....which will probably result in me having similar dizzy sensations!

I shall be going on the Saturday (by car sadly) with my much better half, and even cuter son (little me!).

Hope to bump into some of you there!
