I hope the Mods don't remove this post, as it is meant purely as constructive assistance to the Silverjet Ops guys/gals who now apparently find themselves where none of us ever wish to be.

I know of/have Biz-jet Ops vacancies at STN....please PM me if interested.

Best wishes

Steve

Likewise, the company I work for has vacancies for Ops Assistants, an Ops Controller and also an Operations Administrator. If anyone is interested feel free to PM me for more info. Condolences to all involved.

Evanelpus - when a airline goes down it is a sad event, most airlines are like family to those that work inside them and relative's to those that work inside the industry.

We care, we have passion and embrace our true friends in this industry. When an airline goes down you are losing someone from within the (aviation)family I therefore fully understand why the goon used the term condolences.

So Evanelpus rather than wasting a thread like this with your pettiness (I am sure if we go through your postings we can return the favour...) I suggest be constructive and add something worthwhile - you having a go at Goon wasnt what this thread needed.

Silverjet Ops: I am sure we can get you guys back in various Ops rooms not before long!

Oh Lauderdale et al, get over yourselves.

I've been where Silverjet are, in my case, my father in law was dying of cancer when I was made redundant from a job I had held for 22 years in the aircraft industry. It kinda put things into perspective, doesn't it.

I feel really sorry for all the guys and gals at Silverjet, from what I heard and read, their product was right up there with the best. I hope they all find other jobs quickly.

Now let's all get a life and move forward.

Sorry to hear yet another one bites the dust.
I've been there a few times and it's really hard to know that you and all your staff in the Ops department had puled out all the stops to make it work.
I'm sure you'll all find something else "down south" in time.

Best of luck to all.

Perhaps PE will have a heart and take some good ol' FJE/Y7 guys on for his
'Trust Aviation' operation(?)......................Oh, forget it, thats consultancy, something you do when you realise you can't do what you tried to make others believe you could!
