Fireman in Red Bank

Hi there,
I am benchmarking commercial roster / crew management systems from the management's perspectives. Hope to hear more firsthand experience.
- From an operations standpoint, what kinds of problems are most challenging that we should pay attention to when improving the system?
- To be realistic, what types of features that are important but we will not be able to expect to see in commercial systems?
- Which system(s) do you / your company use (should we avoid it?
or should we use it?)
Any comment / suggestion is most welcome. Thanks a whole bunch.
P.S. It seems to me that, from a user's perspective, roster swapping is a pain point ---- I heard from some cabin crew that being able to efficiently swap roster is a key to them. However, not many systems out there do a good job on this. What does everyone think?
