Hi aviators,

Please guide me in this question.

In CFP(computer flt plan), is the A to B fuel inclusive of STAR fuel?

I understand A-B fuel is takeoff from point A to 1500 ft at point B. So obviously the fuel for STAR is included in A-B fuel?

Thanks...

Yes, it would be included. Parameters would depend on customer specifics or CFP provider i.e. Always computed on fuel using longest SID and longest STAR or some would add a extra fuel bias for a particular long STAR..

Hi Sean,

so is it acceptable for airlines to excluded the 300kg approach fuel in CFP, by giving reason that there's a STAR in the CFP?

Is it legal for airlines for excluded the approach fuel in CFP?

I'm refering to ICAO Annex 6 on fuel requirement 4.3.6.3.1

Thanks

Makes you wonder when you see for example IDESI DCT EGSS on the plog rather than a STAR.
