Very confusing as there have been two press-worthy helicopter accidents in recent days in Brazil and it seems you are mixing the two.

This one went down in the ocean between rigs and was probably an S76 given it was operated by Brazilian Helicopter Services (story in USA Today (http://www.usatoday.com/news/world/2008-02-26-brazil-helicopteraccident_N.htm))
