Are there any "new" ish 300C (not CBi) out there for sale? Perferably not much older than 2005 or with 500 or less hrs on the clock.
Please PM me if you now of any

Thanks

Good choice.

I did a lot of research and the 300C was highly recommended for my purposes However, there are no late ones in the UK, although they are popular and sought after elsewhere.

In the end I bought a 2005/6 300C from Canada. Now impatiently awaiting delivery.

Considering the cost of that new a helicopter, you might find it difficult to find what you are looking for in Europe. With the current monetary exchange rate you might want to give serious consideration to searching here in the USA and take a holiday out this way to inspect it. Most likely much more bang for your buck, even after VAT, import and whatever other taxes you poor slobs have to deal with.

Is this (http://heliair.showroomwebsites.com/items/120?back=%2Fstock) any good?

One of the things that re-assured me about the S300C was the number of examples, 25 years and older with many thousands of hours, that still seem to look and fly great, and are in regular day to day service.

Although new and late ones can seem quite expensive, it's nice to know that you can buy them with the confidence that they should provide long and durable service, and retain good residual values.

We know how good reliable the 300C in both training role and more. This how our 05' http://helicopter.is/assets/images/Hughes_300C/DSC01181.JPG?m380used to be.
But now it's like http://visir.is/apps/pbcsi.dll/bilde?Site=XZ&Date=20080503&Category=FRETTIR01&ArtNo=912967658&Ref=AR&NoBorder
Nobody got hurt though, that what matters:ok:
Thanks for the info and keep em coming if you know of any for sale

Two of those are CBis.

This thread has confirmed my experience. Good, late, 300Cs are quite sought after, hard to find, and often quite expensive.

Best hunting ground might be the US, and at least the exchange rate should be favourable.

Fly7! that is also my experience, but Cb is in a way limited for other use than training, that explains the high price u have to pay for 300C.
Thanks for the tips guys
