Does anyone know any new routes being operated from the UK to Chania in summer 08 or summer 09? It is a destination usually covered from MAN and LGW, but would be more interesteing in BHX or EMA.

I believe Thomsonfly will be operating a CHQ flight for summer 2009 from BHX.

I do believe that TOM are @ CHQ in 09. I also think there is a XLA flight from EMA. CHQ is a tiny airport (with limited air con), I cant see many more services being offered.

XL/Finnair used to operate a service ex NCL but it was not restarted last summer! Shame, it was always well utilised by charter pax.

Tole CHQ -Tiny?? I was their a couple of years ago and thought the terminal was not that bad and was total aircon through out?? It looked fairly new so it may have been built since your experience? I will be their again in September Western Crete is a great place! How about someone starting CHQ from NCL always seemed popular til XL pulled the route just over a year ago.
