Hey guys,
Saw in a news paper in Matsapa that Swazi Express has reached it's end.
It this the month for operators closing down.
Looks like aviation has hit bottom yet again.
Could be true, last I heard they could'nt even pay the company they where leasing the aircraft from, I must admit one does hear this of allot of airlines that lease aircraft.
Could also be yet another scam.

Swazi went into liquidation 1.5 weeks before Nationwide.
Where were the aircraft leased from. LINK?

I think they were J-41s from Airlink - perhaps someone can confirm this.
I met one of their Capts at Cranfield a few years back, nice guy and had been there a while.
Sad......

They operated a Metroliner and Embraer120 untill the end. Had an ATR42 for a while as well...so nothing from Airlink!
Btw, this happened already 2 or 3 weeks ago!
