The answer is yes; SIA recruit expats as does Air Asia, so apply to both.

last I heard DCAM were not approving Foreigners as FO currently. 28 Percent tax is usually for first 6 months for Foreigner which reduces after that. You claim the excess back after 1st year on your tax return. Dont expect your Rebate overnight. if you paying 28 percent still after 6 months better see Payroll or accountant Lah,

No direct entry capts in Cebu. The last one became a direct exit captain. Try PAL.
