Alright Guys, it's begging time!
Basically i'm racing Ironman Austria on 13 July this year. For those who haven't heard of Ironman its a 2.4mile swim followed by a 112mile bike then capped off with a marathon! it's not going to be easy, will take me about 12.5 hours to complete and will be the single most painful thing I've done in my life but there is a reason for this madness.
I posted a similar thread last year and it was quickly removed as it wasn't in the theme of the site, but I'm trying again as I'm raising money for the RAF Benevolant Fund and I think we all apreciate the work that they do.
