hi guys i am from india and there is cadet pilot scheme going on here with spice and kingfisher airlines .and i need help of you guys to choose it can any one of you tell is it good to join these scheme because they will have a bond of 6yr and i dont no what will the salary they give because i will be under them in bond time. and if it is good than which airline should i choose between them and although i have done aircraft maintenance engineering . pls guys help me to choose the right thing.
