See her in action (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=wx_ui2qWgqI)

BEagle 16th March 2008, 10:49 Maybe someone could post a better piccie of the lovely 'face of BOAC' of the 1970s (long before political correctness banned such things) than the only one I can find?
I mean, of course, Roz Hanby:

(Who, I recently found out, is now the childrens' nurse at the school my god-daughter used to attend!)
Shunter 16th March 2008, 11:33 No aviation content! Simple as that!
Bronx 16th March 2008, 11:58 Scottishflyer182
As Shunter says, you posted a picture of some guy that had no aviation content.
Quote - "please be fair"
Fair to who?
BRL closed the thread and then opened it again. If you turn this into a gay rights issue it's gonna add big time to his workload which ain't fair to him.
And will probably end up getting closed or moved to Jetblast.

PS. If you want fine examples of manhood, I'll do the next 50hr check in a borat thong and get some snaps ;)
BEagle 16th March 2008, 12:53 Of course, there's always:

I understand that the airline has now ceased operations. Or should that be, has gone bust?
Flying Lawyer 16th March 2008, 12:55 I hope the Captain of a SAR flight I did from RAF St Mawgan a couple of years ago won't mind being included in a thread about 'flying totty' but, as well as being thoroughly professional (and charming company), I did happen to notice she was an attractive lady.

BEagle 16th March 2008, 13:00 Flying Letcher;), the last time I was in the Islas Malvinas I went for a flight in a SeaKing - it too was flown by a very professional young lady. We landed on HMS Bouncy Castle, whose First Lieutenant turned out to be an ex-ULAS chum!
The detachment's Chinook flight commander was also a very professional young lady. Which only proves that, not only are lady pilots now well established in the RAF, but are also doing very well indeed. As witness Flt Lt Michelle Goodman DFC!
Flying Lawyer 16th March 2008, 13:15 I tried not to notice. ;)
BRL 16th March 2008, 14:29 HI BRL,
Why have you deleted my pic.
What's tooty to one may well not be totty to another, so please be fair.
Scottishflyer
I have not deleted anything!!!!!!!
If I do I almost always tell you!!!!!!

OK, so I'm not British.... please don't let me die ignorant! :uhoh:
Mike Cross 16th March 2008, 16:11 I did happen to notice she was an attractive lady
I very much hope that she still is;)
foxmoth 16th March 2008, 16:52 will someone explain to me what "flying totty" is supposed to mean?
"Totty" is an attractive man or woman http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=totty
most usually applied to women.
"Flying totty" is (are) women who fly.
(for those who prefer the other side I suggest you start your own thread where myself and others who do not wish do not need to go!)

Here's another group of impressive ladies:

Soviet women pilots of the 586th Women's Fighter Squadron.
XX621 16th March 2008, 22:14 BEagle: I would be prepared to put good money on there being overgrown bushes in the foreground as well as in the background :ok:
Ken Wells 16th March 2008, 22:29 PIlots Pals 2000 a good vintage

The photo is no different to photos in most of todays Sunday papers,:ugh: apart form the fact the Aircraft is the sexist thing in the shot!:8
ShyTorque 16th March 2008, 22:42 These days I could probably only get one of those two subjects going first thing in the morning. :(

rans6andrew 17th March 2008, 14:49 Ken, that's not a Quickie, it's more like an EZ (easy?). Nice though!
IO540 17th March 2008, 16:30 Soviet women pilots of the 586th Women's Fighter Squadron
I wouldn't like to pick a fight with any of them - even if (unlikely) they were not covered in body hair.
They all seem to have the same DNA, too.
Vino Collapso 17th March 2008, 16:52 Ken, that's not a Quickie, it's more like an EZ (easy?). Nice though!
