Let us vote "Bosses"

Hi all

South Africa has many good better best and ugly bad horrible bosses and personalities to work for.

I have seen so many posts where VB was attacked etc …. Well why don’t we vote who the best to worst boss is?

First we have to list them? Any recommendations? Persoanlly I have worked on and off for Ray Ledlie for many years and found him to have been an honest and good leader who never ever lied to me. So he gets my vote as the Top Boss in South Africa.

So my vote for the best is:

Ray Ledlie, but what about the other characters and I can think of some but only the names from me so far are guys like:

Chris Briers
Jannie de Klerk
Pine Pienaar
Brett Lang
Thomas Markgraaff
Attie Nieman
Vick Bicknell
Bruce Johnstone, = please guys add your names and then let us have a pole so we can see.

As names are mentioned let us not get personal with mud slinging, many times it’s a personal issue let us show it with a vote. A guy getting a yes or a no and then getting “showed” up in the end as good or bad is worth a thousand words.

The criteria should be based on:

Honesty
Integrity
Management Abilities and so on
