Alternative journey to CTC at BOH?

Hi guys,

I've been invited for stage 2 at CTC at Bournemouth. :)

Unfortunately, airberlin does not fly there anymore. In case I would like to fly to BOH, I will have to fly EZY via Geneva but to get to Geneva from Berlin I also need two flights. That sums up to 3 flights with at least two airlines (one a LCC not waiting for me in case of delays) to get there from the German capital. :ugh:

Can anybody recommend other airports to fly to (like Southampton, London City/LGW/STN/LHR) with a superb connection by coach or rail to Bournemouth?

You can get a train from Southampton Airport Station direct to Christchurch Train station. It is 45 - 50 minutes journey time.

You can then get a taxi from Christchurch train station to CTC.

That would be easiest. If you can't get a decent flight into Southampton and don't mind going into Gatwick, you can also get from Gatwick Airport to Christchurch or Bournemouth with one change of train. http://www.nationalrail.co.uk will give you all the information you need.
