Anybody out there know how to go about Working in Mexico with an Icao type licences in ATC and also CPL/IR. Permanent relocation to Mexico is also seriously considered - My only language is English - is this a problem?

It would be difficult to live/work in Mexico without a working knowledge of Spanish. The Mexican controllers speak Spanish to Mexican registered a/c. Except in tourist areas, Spanish is the only language spoken. Also, Mexicans consider it rude to not speak their language, as it is only fair. I do love Mexico and Mexicans. I have worked down there for a US Govt. agency, including flying around Mexico. As far as employment as a pilot with Mexican company, I have no insight into that. Check out www.escapeartist.com. (http://www.escapeartist.com.) You might find info regarding working in Mexico - in general. Buena suerte.
