Need Help!!

Hi all,

Im just looking for some advice on becoming a pilot. I am 19 Years of age and have always wanted to become a pilot. Im Living in Ireland and am looking to obtain my ppl and then go on to become a commercial pilot. Just wondering is it cheaper to go to America or England to it! Like most People my finance is a problem. I would be very Gratefull if any could give their opinion or advice on this matter.

Well jake,
Im irish myself. I did the ppl in ireland and went to the states for hours building because, it is much cheaper there. There are loads of pros and cons about doing your training here compared to the states. You could go on all day:} If you decide to do all your training in the states and you hope to work in europe, you will need to do a conversion so thats another thought to keep in mind.
