I would think they will reply to you, but suggest you check with them if you can. If you've not had any airline interview experience yet i think you'll find this worthwhile. You'll get lots of information from them and a chance to meet at least one FR pilot with relevant experience levels. I think you get to go in the sim as well although not sure if you get to have a pole round in it. There is not a guaranteed interview / assessment by going but your chances have to be much improved. If you are thinking of joining FR and paying the type rating then do go. It's not much to spend in comparision with the full type rating course !

Went to the open day must say was very informative, they will call you back if you have applied to go, day starts off with a wait in the hall with the cabin trainer, then your split into 2 groups and given a tour of the facilities, first group sent to a classroom where they are given a brief on RYR and its expansion, then your spoken to by Declan Dooney Brookfield Aviation about the Brookfield contract for cadets, then CAE and SAS chief sim instructors are there to explain the TR course in Stockholm and Amsterdam outlining costs etc. Break for lunch then the second half of the day you get a tour of the B737-800 sim and given a brief 'SPIN' right seat or left seat lasted approx 10 mins, then off to the cabin trainer for a look at the way they teach you the smoke drills etc, all in all a very informative and interesting day if your going to take the SSTR route with RYR and even if your not interested in RYR gives you an inset to the workload required for a TR, alot of people there to answer questions etc, also if you meet the criteria for an assessment they will take your CV off you on the day instead of going through the online application.

hope this helps

:ok:
