Good day!

I'm a student at an aeronautical college in our country and I plan to pursue my flight training abroad.

I have a few questions after I made a research on the two visas:

1. How come local flight schools prefer the M-1 visa rather than the J-1 visa? While the career flight academies offer a J-1 program?

2. Would it be better to apply for a F-1 visa than the two because I would be able to stay longer and even earn an additional bachelor's degree or associate's degree?

3. Can anyone recommend me a flight school offering J-1 or F-1 visa programs for international students which offers PPL to MEI ratings? I really wanted to pursue my flight training abroad for more than a year and earn the hours I'll be needing to apply for the airlines or any aviation company. I wouldn't prefer to go back and train for in our country since we we're categorized by the FAA under Category 2 and more and more cessna trainer planes are crashing every month here.

Thank you very much!
