On Amadeus is is shown that Airlink flights to TNR will be operated by Avro RJ85 from the end of April. All the other usual routes is still with BAe146-200 (JNB-LVI/BUQ/MQP CPT-GRJ/MQP).
Any clarity on this, will this be replacing one of the BAe146s? What differences is there?

The Avro RJ's is opperated by Safair. Probably on contract to Link.

The RJ is a much more modern aircraft. The avionics are upgraded to full EFIS with FMS. Think the engines also bit bigger.

Sorry, don't know much more.
