Does anyone know the circumstances of the accident to Wonder Air Turbo DC-3 ZS-LYW which was reportedly written off in an accident at Kikwangala, Zaire on 13 April 1995 while operating for UNICEF

From what I heard the crew stalled the aircraft on short final approach. That aircraft had a high speed conversion done to it that clipped the wings and squared the wing tips. Stall speed increased by almost 10 to 15 knots. Aircraft was a lease and just replaced a normal wing turbine DC-3. Crew were operating to the normal DC-3 speeds to their misfortune.
