Could anyone please give me some suggestions about choosing FTOs in Australia if I want to obtain my PPL to fATPL? Many thanks.

Thanks. Do you have any ideas about the career prospects of their graduates? Furthermore, if I want to fly in South East Asia or China, is it necessary to convert(take course) JAA to another licence?

You will be well advised to keep well away from RMIT. Despite their impressive set up at Point Cook, it is just GFS paying for the RMIT name and they will relieve you of a great deal of money and you'll get little else.
