Does anyone know how the interview process works in Air Phil? What questions to they ask you, what is the sim profile?

I personally applied online and have not receive a response in 2 months? Is it who you know, or do you have to drop a name? It would be great if we all could interview based on what experience we have?

This gouge is for pilots seeking employment with Air Phil. Can anyone volunteer information to help those seeking employment? Thank you Kababayans!

Hi Filam,

The interview process ( PAQB )_is that there will be several members of Air Phil in one table ranging from the VP of operations, Chief Pilot, Medical officer, HR and others.

One tip is that they ask about holding patterns (entry procedures), instrument approach, let down procedures, and minimas amongst other things.

They will also ask about your previous job and talk about your experiences. Just as long as you know your stuff, you should be okay. The thing is, just remember that they are a sister company of PAL.

Once you pass the PAQB, HR will call you for the next test which is Psychometric and IQ. Medical follows and Simulator test on PAL's frasca.

Hope this helps. Goodluck
