Apparently, a fraudster calling himself Usman Bello has been contacting would be Virgin Nigeria pilots, using the email below. Please steer well clear of this chap. Please also note that the email address is fake and does not belong to Virgin Nigeria !


Subject: I HAVE BEEN PROMOTED
CAPTAIN *******.


IN LINE WITH THE NEW DIRECTIVE FROM OUR DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS . THAT ALL MAILS REGARDING TO EMPLOYMENT, SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO ME AS THE NEW SENIOR EMPLOYMENT DIRECTOR. I HAVE BEEN PROMOTED, YOU ARE HEREBY ADVICE TO SEND ALL REQUIRED INFORMATIONS TO THIS E= MAIL ADDRESS {[email protected]}

Just google the name, it is one of the widely used Nigerian and other scam names.

Any guys that DO fall for this prank, should have their licenses revoked :} How can you fall for that, and be a captain on a B733 :ouch:
