Anyone out n florida

Hi all,

Just wondered if anybody was out in Florida hours building at the moment and if so with whom????? I am looking to head in a few months and have had various contact with various schools but words are words huh!!!!! Any experiences from recent times would be appreciated.

Also regarding payment, for me the big NO NO is upfront payment and yet certain schools have stated this is required.....anywhere where this is no so. The way i see it is if they deliver what they say i wil pay no problem.

Total time
Plane you wish to fly
Do you want to upgrade to anything more exciting
Do you want to burn holes in the sky or;
Do you want to do structured time building

I'm in the same situation too. Need to do some hour building soon, myabe towards end of year as currently doing ATPL's

I wish to fly PA28, need to log about 80ish hours
Need to do JAA night rating if possible
4-5 weeks

Basically looking to do some 70-80 hours, and yes use the time productively as opposed to burning holes in the sky. My question was to anybody out in Florida at the moment that is hour building to see where they are at and their experieces with the organisation they are using. Did they pay up front for a block of hours etc etc etc?????
