Latvia A109 job question...

Does anyone know who is looking for the Agusta A109 engineers in Latvia? I see several positions posted on AviationJobSearch, and was curious, as the actual company is not listed by the recruiter.
Also, if anyone does have info, do you know many details about this contract, area, etc.

I was visiting Latvia's Border Guard unit a few months ago. From what i know their Air Service is the only 109 operator in the country. Besides the army, border guard is the only twin engine operator.
